With over 10 years of experience in enrollment management, I am passionate about creating and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance student recruitment, retention, and satisfaction. As the AVP of Enrollment Operations and Student Services at Duquesne University, I oversee the operational and administrative functions, as well as the student service and support initiatives, of the enrollment management group.

I have completed several independent consulting projects, such as an enrollment management communications audit and an affordability communications campaign, for various higher education institutions. Through my work, I aim to leverage my communication skills and domain expertise to help students and families navigate the complex and competitive higher education landscape. I also served as the Communications Coordinator for a higher education consulting company that provides enrollment management solutions for colleges and universities. I developed and created content for the company's blog, social media, and newsletter, covering topics such as affordability, financial aid, and admissions.
